The registered office is located at Carré 1250A Zogbadjè, Abomey-calavi, Benin. The sole proprietor DISSOU CREDO operates and provides all services on the platform under the trade name Touring Compass.

The user agrees to comply with all rules and policies applicable to the Services.

Access to interactive scenes and virtual tours on Touring Compass is based on a fully automated digital commercial system of usage credits. Users can purchase credit packs directly on the platform to unlock the content of their choice.

All financial transactions, billing, and credit card or international payment processing are outsourced and securely handled by our trusted Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company). By purchasing credits on our site, the user also accepts the general terms and conditions of sale of the Lemon Squeezy gateway.

As this is an automated e-commerce model for digital goods managed by the sole proprietor DISSOU CREDO, no individual physical service contract is issued between Touring Compass and the buyer. The successful purchase of a credit pack implies automatic acceptance and immediate delivery of the right to use the corresponding virtual scenes. Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed.

Committed to protecting your privacy, the sole proprietor DISSOU CREDO undertakes to process your data in compliance with applicable regulations. Information regarding the collection, processing of your personal data (registration, billing) as well as the use of cookies and analytics tools like Google Analytics are transparently detailed in our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Touring Compass platform (texts, images, 360° captures, virtual tours) is the property of the sole proprietor DISSOU CREDO and is protected by copyright, in accordance with the national legislation of Benin (Law No. 2005-30 on copyright and neighboring rights) and international conventions in force.

We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you find that any content on our Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately at the official company address so we can process your request.
